IN VIVO | EX VIVO
High-resolution data for dissection models, in-vivo tractographic bundles reconstruction and anatomical cortical and bundles’ annotations are available for download and usage locally in the software CloudCompare. This video will drive you through data download from the website, main differences in data formats, upload and browsing for local usage in CloudCompare, and basic commands to interact with them.
As outlined in the previous tutorial, annotations of cortical regions and bundles pertaining to the Angular Gyrus associational connectivity are available for download. Still, you might need to produce your own specific annotations. The present video outlines the procedure to produce them, and provides tricks for an easy interface with the software CloudCompare and the data.
Through the 3D-rendering of the dissection scene and the registration of in-vivo information to the specimen's space, BradiPho allows to directly compare in-vivo bundles' reconstruction and ex-vivo dissections within the same space. This video showcases the applicability of this framework to the study of the Angular Gyrus connectivity, and outlines the procedure to have your own bundles registered to the specimen's space through the online service provided in the tool section of the website.
